Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support dan Organizational Virtuousness Pada Kinerja Dimediasi oleh Employee Well-Being

Latar Belakang: Kinerja Pekerja sangat penting bagi suatu organisasi karena kinerja yang baik berarti dapat menghasilkan produk atau jasa baik, sehingga bertahan, bersaing, berkembang untuk mencapai tujuan. Tujuan:Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support (POS), virtuousness (OV) pada dimediasi oleh employee well-being (EWB) Abdi Dalem di Kraton Yogyakarta. Metode: Metode penelitian digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan wawancara dan observasi sebagai pelengkap. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa POS OV terhadap secara langsung. mempengaruhi tidak langsung melalui EWB paling dominan dibandingkan OV. Kesimpulan: Pemberian dukungan optimal memenuhi kebutuhan sosio-emosional meningkatkan kepercayaan tempat mereka bekerja memperdulikan kesejahteraan orang-orang dalamnya output diberikan berupa maksimal sesuai standar ditetapkan.
